Top 3 tips for using manual exercises to build a HUGE penis – I went from 5.5" A Very Well Endowed!

I was insecure throughout my teens and early twenties about my below average penis which was only 5.5 inches long and not even a full five inches all around. I read every study known to man on penis size and couldn’t find a single legitimate study that indicated the average penis size was as small as mine. 3. Don’t masturbate within three hours of finishing your exercises. This is the best healing time, and while it heals, you want your penis to be plump. After masturbating, assuming your session ends with an orgasm and ejaculation, your penis will enter the most relaxed state it has ever been.
