The definition of teamwork is quite simple. A team is a collection of individuals who come together or are assigned to achieve a common goal. In this case, teamwork simply means the process through which they could achieve the expressed common goal! Members know their particular strengths and weaknesses and understand how to work with others. Sure, they recognize that competition can arise in a group, but they can put that aside so they can work together. Members also recognize their weaknesses and appreciate the help that teammates can give them.
