The advantages of boiling water before drinking it

Boiling water before drinking is one of the practices recommended by health officials, especially in third world countries, where their source of drinking water is not safe and is sometimes the cause of some incidence of common diseases in children.

Those who live in remote areas, on remote farms and neighborhoods are the victims of these infectious diseases by contracting waterborne diseases due to drinking unsafe water.

To prevent the imminent onset of waterborne diseases, boiling drinking water is the safest way. One study shows that water boiled for three minutes kills bacteria, including disease-causing organisms and giardia cysts. However, boiling concentrates inorganic impurities such as nitrate and sulfates. Water that goes through a heating process also tastes flat because carbon dioxide is removed.

In the most advanced countries, drinking water is safe and is already treated to comply with the International Safety Standard, not like in poor countries that have to insist on making some innovation just to provide drinking water to their population.

And heating the water before drinking is just the best alternative.

8 advantages

1. Kill some bacteria, viruses, cysts, and worms.

2. The simplest and easiest disinfection method for removing pathogens from water.

3. Eliminates some microorganisms and some chemicals and other components that may be present in drinking water.

4. Effective in destroying various kinds of waterborne pathogens like; bacterial spores, fungi, protozoa, and helminth eggs.

5. No boiling skills training is necessary as long as it is boiled at the proper heating temperature to kill waterborne diseases.

6. It is safe against fresh tap water.

7. Drinking boiled water every day increases blood circulation.

8. Some studies suggest that drinking hot water removes some accumulated deposits in our nervous system. These deposits are responsible for creating negative thoughts and emotions.

There is still much to learn about the importance of boiling water for the safety of our body against some important diseases that caused illness in some people, especially children and adults who are vulnerable to drinking unsafe water.
