Network Marketing Training – Top 10 MLM Party Recruiting Secrets

Christmas.

The holidays.

New Year.

What can you do to rev up your mlm business over the holiday season and get it up and running during what most people perceive as the “slow down time” of the year for network marketing?

First, get this:

Secret of HELL:

REFUSE to participate in the slowdown that most network marketers are suffering this year. You don’t have to, as we never did, and neither should you.

Here is a list of the top 10 things you can do for MLM Recruiting Success during the holidays:

1) fruit slippers.

You can get small, inexpensive fruit baskets, put your samples or coupons in, and decorate them in your network marketing company’s colors. Include an audio or DVD, and also an invitation to a seminar they can attend at no cost. Give them out to friends, neighbors, associates, customers, consumers, and family members. You’ll be glad you did.

2) Holiday audio cards.

Send with your Christmas cards a CD that you recorded especially for that person, wish her happy holidays and then tell her that you would love to talk to her on the first of the year, since you want to give her the gift of success. This is a great way to introduce the concept of network marketing success to people.

3) Organize a Holiday Customer Appreciation Luncheon or Reception.

You can do this at home. Just invite your best mlm clients to a holiday appreciation event and make them the superstars. Have little gifts for them and let them know how much you appreciate their business, and then ask them for 2 referrals on the first of the year. You will get them from each person who was at that event.

4) Holiday Upline Open House.

If you have an organization, you should open your house or someone who has a big house and invite your mlm distributors to an open house. Ask them to bring guests and throw a party that celebrates the holidays, but is sponsored by your company. Let it be a fun social activity with music and games, and then connect with the guest to follow up in January.

5) Miniature Christmas Tree Gift.

Get some small, miniature Christmas trees (usually from a department store) that can be placed on a table, and then enclose product samples and your card, and then take it to your local bank as a gift, your CPA, your dentist, doctor, real estate agent, and anyone else you know who has an office. Have free coupons on the small tree to test your service or product, and have fun visiting with your friends.

6) Bombing of shopping malls.

Go to a mall on Saturday and see how many people you can start a conversation with, then hand them a card or CD. Talk to them about your children, what they are doing for Christmas, the weather, the crowds, etc. See if you can collect 10 names and do it in teams. The team that collects the most names, the other teams, have to buy them lunch or dinner.

7) Neighborhood Holiday Mail.

Go to the library and look up its address in the cross-reference index. You will notice that there are many more in that index that are in your neighborhood. Make a copy of the addresses, since they are your neighbors, and then send them a Christmas card introducing yourself as the ABC neighborhood representative, and wish them a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Then follow up in January and see if you can make an appointment to chat with them about their products. The phone numbers are listed in the cross reference guides at your library. You are their neighbor, and that gives you an instant connection to them.

8) Give away books “As a man thinks” by James Allen.

You can get this pocket book for very little cost and give it to prospects, and you really are giving the “gift of success.” This little book changed my life and the lives of millions of others. You can also find free eBooks online that people can download. This is a great gift to give to the people you know, as it really is an eye-opening book, it will be appreciated and you will be remembered.

9) Visit the community holiday functions.

CONNECT! CONNECT! CONNECT! You need to connect with new prospects over the holidays, and community features are a great way to do that. Get out there and become a “vacation networking machine.” Network and meet people and make new friends and give them something as a holiday gift. Make sure each person you talk to has a gift and your card, and also has some sort of contact information. There are a LOT of people at the community event: BE THERE. Check your Sunday paper to find out where these events are.

10) The Christmas success card.

Send people you know as well as prospects a season card and include within it an article on success, goal setting, leadership, time management, or any other success-oriented topic. This will not only set you apart but also set you above the rest as success is a gift rarely bestowed and people love this type of reading to improve themselves for the coming year.

These are just a few of the many ways you can shake up your mlm business over the holidays. Pick one and start with it.

You’ll be glad you did, and you’ll be amazed at what could happen in your MLM and network marketing business.

Blessings…Doug
