How to take Pau D’Arco to cure your candida
My friend asked me earlier about one of the famous candida cures, Pau d’Arco. She asked what this tea does for candida and how to consume it. She also asked me for any recommendations if I had them. Well, Pau d’Arco is a bark from the rainforest that helps kill candida overgrowth. “Traditional medicine” or “Alvita” takes it in the form of a tea bag, which can be bought in most health food stores.
If you can afford it, I would recommend the Taheebo “Amazon John” tea, which has Pau d’Arco. It is better to take this substance in the form of tea and drink throughout the day (2-3 cups / day) if possible.
FYI, I just want to inform you that you can also get bulk tea from the bulk spices or herbs section at health food stores. I have been doing this for years. To make the tea, I use a handful of tea in a pot of water. Bring the water to a boil and add the tea and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then I’ll put it in the fridge and drink it cold or generally at room temperature. However, that is due to my preference.
Sometimes I throw a few slices of ginger into the boiling water. Pau d’Arco is one of the herbs that I can feel is killing the candida. I usually have a specific type of headache for a while, as I feel it clearing up the brain fog. You can sweeten the flavor with Stevia if you don’t like it.
