Patty Melton is busy serving up fun in the fun and frenetic time management game Burger Island 2. With gameplay unchanged from the last title, the overall quality of the game keeps it fresh.
The production values are of a very high quality and the cartoony cut scenes are especially impressive to watch. They help tell the story of Patty and her friend Pierre taking on their business rival led by Edie Cole, who seems to be taking over all the customers at Beach Burger. To make matters worse, someone has kidnapped the local master chef The Tiki Chief and stolen his secrets.
Like all time management games, you need to be organized and quick on the draw to serve as many customers as possible. You have to cook burgers, tortillas and nachos for hordes of hungry customers every day. Each meal has a different recipe to master and the orders vary, so you have to stay vigilant so you don’t mess up or keep your customers waiting too long. Each order is placed before you like a plastic serving tray with a thermometer that shows how much time is left before your customer leaves angry and hungry.
Each day you have a set cash goal that you must achieve in order to advance to the next day. This means you have to quickly serve up burgers, nachos, tortillas, loads of cheese and other condiments that make for some hectic good action. It’s not rocket science, but it definitely makes you feel the heat of the kitchen as you move from one order to the next.
The graphics are great and the basic gameplay makes for an entertaining gaming experience. The only thing I wish for from this game is a bit more variety in gameplay considering this is the sequel to Burger Island. It feels too much of the same elements of the previous title.

2. Group your work: Work similar to real production lines and use the same ingredient quickly to complete your orders faster.

4. Perfection: Each main ingredient has a “perfect” level of cooking. Strive to make every order perfect, and you will earn more profit from your customers.

Keep an eye on the burns: If you’re about to burn your orders, click just before to hold them in Patty’s hands. Since they’re the base for most recipes, you’ll be able to use them quickly anyway, so don’t be afraid to load up.
