Does cheating on the candida diet take you back to ground zero?

In this article, I will show the effects of cheating on the candida diet or yeast free diet as per a request from my friend. He has cheated a bit by eating mustard that contained vinegar and a dish made with soy sauce. However, he has never cheated on sugar or yeast, as he considers them to be the worst things to have. The times that he cheated on the small amount of fermented food, he did not notice any adverse effects. He also wonders what would happen if he eats something like a nut butter, which is allowed on the diet, and then has a reaction. Does he essentially start over?

I can tell that the little tricks add up. Cheating all the time is not a healthy approach. Recognize that some things are better than others. For example, a little fermented stuff is better than pure carbs and sugar for fueling. Stay away from anything that causes a reaction that you can identify, and you should know that some reactions are internal things that you won’t even notice.

Does cheating take you back to ground zero? It probably isn’t. It could, but if you’re making constant improvements, it’s just going to slow you down a bit. Look at it this way. If you are nearly successful in eradicating a yeast problem and then feed that yeast, it will repopulate because it is already weakened. So while it might have been one down and fifteen to go, it’s now back at sixteen. However, I think it’s more complicated than that. They may have recovered from the attack and are energized to deal more damage.

It is an individual decision. A huge chocolate chip cookie eases their despair in a way no security team can. And since it would also set you back, you should live healthier and try not to cheat as much as you can.
