Chakras, Feelings and the Law of Attraction

It was probably over 20 years ago that I first read about the Chakras in a book by Shirley McLaine and I can’t help but remember how much crap I thought it was. It is curious how experience changes our perception and so it has been with the Chakras in my life.

About 10 years ago I went through a period of malaise, not describable by my regular medicine and resistant to naturopathy and would only go to bed for 5 days just wanting to sleep. This advice continued for about 18 months until a friend referred me to a spiritual healer who brought me wellness. I think he removed blockages in my Chakras. This allowed the Kundalini process to appear, which is the ascent of divine energy through the path of the Chakras. Well-being returned to my life for the most part, but this path of discomfort is quite typical of people who endure Kundalini. I discovered crystals and started meditating with them to deal with blockages and my life has steadily improved ever since.

“Kundalini is both the energy and essence of life and the practice of becoming aware of it.”

I hope I haven’t lost you at this point. I am not defending this as the only truth, but it was my experience and it has been very convincing. If you Google Kundalini you will see many discussions of people trying to attain Kundalini and for some it is as if it is a goal in itself, almost to the point of boasting that their achievement somehow makes them superior.

For me, I found it mainly as a pain and this is the first time that I reveal this experience. I found that energy blockages and a heightened experience of excitement only made life more difficult. About 9 months ago, frustrated by this, I sought out a crystal healer to relieve the blockages I was experiencing, as the spiritual healer I initially saw had retired. This proved very successful, although on a couple of occasions I was quite ill for a few days afterwards, such was the turmoil. But now I certainly feel good strong energy most of the time.

It was the improvement in the flow of energy that led me to realize the confluence between the Chakras and Abraham’s idea that our feelings are an indicator of whether we are creating in a positive or negative way.

“The chakras, as described above, are energy centers along the spine located in the main branches of the human nervous system, beginning at the base of the spine and moving up to the top of the skull. The chakras are considered a point or nexus of the biophysical energy or prana of the human body.Shumsky states that “prana is the building block of your subtle body, your energy field and the entire Chakra system…the key to life.” and the source of energy in the universe”.

Have you ever thought about how you experience emotions? Being so powerful in our lives, what is the mechanics of this experience that colors our whole life?

Have you experienced butterflies in your stomach before: a final in a sports game; public speaking; has performance; a test; or any number of stressful situations? This is probably the easiest way to indicate that you are experiencing the influence of your Chakras.

The third Chakra, which is located in the solar plexus, has among its influences fear and anxiety. Therefore, when you find yourself in a stressful situation, you get that horrible churning feeling in your stomach. This is your third working Chakra as the divine energy transmitted down the spine to your Chakras is your higher self indicating if you are creating negatively.

Feelings transmitted through the Chakras can also be positive reaching euphoria at their best, but it seems to me that those negative feelings experienced have a greater “density” that makes them pervasive and persistent, which is why we often cling to them. them for long periods. I think positive feelings are more ephemeral. More temporary and as such, I think that is why we are more susceptible to negative feelings. I am sure that you have experienced the fleetingness of joy and the persistence of anger and fear, that is why it is so important to seek a better thought and always carry the intention of feeling good.

The chakras are your connection to your higher self through which feelings are conveyed that indicate how you are creating and it is worth seeking out things like crystals, Bach flower remedies, aromatherapy and yoga that can be used to increase and control the effects of chakras. Chakras to make you “feel good” more often by improving your life and helping you create positively.
