Becoming an exceptional human being Part 2; How to evaporate the water from your personality

This article will be a continuation of the previous titled; Becoming an Exceptional Human Being.

Here we will go into more detail about the concept of ‘evaporating the water of our personality’ discussed in a previous article.

Follow these instructions as if you were an alien from another planet who has no idea what humans are like and is here doing a scientific analysis of this strange new species.

Follow these instructions and you will succeed. The first step is to look at children from as many countries, social classes and cultures as possible. If you can’t travel to see them in person, you can watch documentaries aimed at raising awareness about poverty and underprivileged children in Africa, Asia, South America and of course Western countries. You will see that the children have no idea that they are ‘disadvantaged’ in any way.

Looking at children, you will see that when they are little, they have no idea of their living conditions and they put anything in their mouths or examine anything, be it gold or garbage, with the same curiosity. It is only the parents who tell them that this is good and that is bad. They will play with the box the gift came in as much as the gift.

Continue this observation until you have come to a deep understanding that there is no difference in the being that lives within the body. At that age, children do not even understand what their body is, that is; Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Asian, Caucasian, Black, Brown or Green.

You will have achieved a true understanding when you find yourself interacting with adults and automatically jump into thoughts that this person, whatever they are, could have been any other kind of person depending on where they grew up, in the slums or in the attic.

Over time, you’ll be able to tell the difference between ‘water’ and ‘flavouring’ in everyone you meet, including yourself.

While you have been doing this observation and study of children, you should also do the simple but practical exercise of taking coffee, soda, or any flavored liquid, putting it in a pot or kettle so that it can capture the steam. , and boil it. Do this long enough to capture enough steam so that when it cools down, you’ll have enough to drink or do a water quality test.

These two exercises combined show you the reality that once mixed, the water appears to have become something else, but it is physically and quite simply possible to remove the water from the flavoring. He can even do this with his urine and have pure water to drink.

Humans are not a very intelligent creature. Sorry if this disappoints you, but I’m sure you already noticed. Human beings need to be instilled with new concepts through touch, taste, and personal example. This is how children learn.

In my course on parenting, I make a simple point that parents surprisingly didn’t think of. When you get frustrated with your young son, when he does something you told him not to do and, frustrated, you yell at him saying; “Don’t you understand what I’m telling you?”, you are exhibiting how stupid you are, because no, a four-year-old child cannot understand intellectually explained concepts. Any four-year-old would tell you that, if he could explain it in an intellectual way that an adult could understand.

Humans don’t learn by instructions, they learn by personal experience. So even though you think you know about desalination or reverse osmosis, you really have to do the process yourself and drink that water, to have the truth of certainty that makes it part of your reality and not just conceptual.

the flavoring

What is the ‘flavor’ of your personality? This is your culture, religion, country, accent, language, taste in food, lifestyle, everything that makes you who you are. The exercise in proving that all you are is just tasting is to study people from as many countries and cultures as you can to find out the differences in taste. For example, my mother taught me when she was young that sushi is disgusting. How can someone eat raw fish? And until I was 20 years old, I believed that and never ate sushi. As I went through these exercises that I’m teaching you here, I thought about how many people in Japan eat sushi on a daily basis and I gave it a try, and now it’s my favorite food. I removed a taste about what is good or bad to eat.

What about camping, sleeping outdoors under the stars in a desert? Dangerous? Snakes, spiders or a scorpion that ended up in my sleeping bag. Yes, they’re all there, but a lot of people do, so even if you think you should only sleep in a house with a bed raised above the ground, that’s just a sample of your opinions.

Learn about other cultures and religions with their different views on dietary requirements. Is Sunday or Saturday the holy day? Do you cover your head or remove your hat when entering a church or temple? Look at the people who follow those ways of life. Then look at your little children and find out through objective observation that they are not real, you are not real.

That is the truth about who you are. You are not real! You are simply a product of your circumstances. This needs to be made very clear to you through these specific observations about how adults came to be the people they are. Meet a Chinese from a village in China, then meet a Chinese born and raised in a Western country. They may look alike, but they are so different that there is no similarity.

By now, your mind will have opened to the truth that the essential YOU is not really who you think you are and that you are just a cup of flavored water.

Now the hard part.

Create a detailed description of your personality. You should make this list out of your own thoughts, but you should also interview everyone who knows you to get an overview of your personality. People close to you, family and friends as well as people you work with, co-workers, employees and employers.

You are not allowed to say a word while you are interviewing them. You are only allowed to write everything they say, without exception, dispute or edit in any way. You can repeat the interview with the same person the next day, as they may need time to think about more things. It is important that you tell any of them what the others said, so there are no distractions.

When you have at least five but preferably more than 10 personas descriptions, compile the lists to get a list with all their characteristics. Sort the list by how many people said the same thing. If everyone says you’re stingy, that goes up, and if someone says you’re arrogant, that goes down. Divide the list into two columns, good traits and bad traits.

You now have a clear ingredient list of your personality flavors, your character qualities, good and bad. You are now ready to begin the process of ‘Evaporating the Water of Your Personality.

Work to eliminate all your negative traits, one after the other, until at the end you are left with only sweet flavors. Work on each character trait, until you reach the point where you are free of any self-centeredness or negative qualities.

Yes, this seems like a very long and massive task, but it’s actually not a big deal. It takes no time out of your day to observe yourself once you know what you are looking for. You’re not really who you think you are, so it’s not personal and shouldn’t trigger self-pity, which if it does, is a bitter taste to remove, because it’s flavors added to you, rather than actually being you.

Empty your heart and mind of all your worldly worries and you will see that in reality, the things that worry and bother you are not real at all. They are just bitter and sour flavors that have been instilled in you as you have grown up.

The bottom line is that it’s not really you. You are pure water, as you were when you were born. Everything that makes you who you are was added to that container called your mind, and has contaminated it.

I admit that this process can take months to see any change, and years for it to be a significant change, but really, is making widgets that important? Are the things you do with your life that meaningful? Can anything be compared to a caterpillar turning into a butterfly?

When you ask people what’s wrong with you now, and ask them again in a few years, you’ll see how valuable this evaporation process really is.
