Are the clitoris and the G-spot the same thing? New research on the way women have orgasms

If you’ve read any good literature on having great sex with a girl, then you’ve heard the discussion about the two main areas that make women orgasm. The best known area is the clitoris. It is located externally and is usually the easiest way to orgasm with a woman, as any woman who masturbates will probably have had one of these orgasms. The other type is a G-spot orgasm that is internal. Stimulating this area involves penetration and rhythmic movement in the area slightly above the pubic bone. The easiest way to stimulate this area is to use your fingers in a “come here” motion.

Pretty much everyone knows about these two areas, right? In recent years, these two places have come to represent all things related to sex and sexual dominance. While this isn’t the whole truth (in fact, there are many other erogenous areas within the vagina that lead to orgasm), it’s certainly an important insight.

However, new research promises to rewrite everything we thought we knew about female erogenous zones.

Dr. O’Connell and the new model

If you ask most women, they will tell you that the two types of orgasm have a different sensation. This is really important as it led generations of researchers to believe that they must be separate erogenous zones. It was assumed that the clitoris was a small isolated area and that the G-spot was an anomaly of the innervation of the vagina or, even stranger, something that didn’t really exist!

Australian scientist Dr. O’Connell is now challenging this belief. Using sophisticated MRI technology, he is beginning to unravel the mysteries of female anatomy, and with it, the structure of the clitoris. He was surprised to discover that the clitoris was longer than almost everyone had thought: possibly as long as the penis!

“The vaginal wall is, in fact, the clitoris,” she said, showing an image that traced the clitoris from the visible part to the top of the labia, and then back to the surrounding uterus. . This was great news for people interested in sex, as it meant that every type of orgasm, from the urethral to the G-spot, involved clitoral stimulation.

While the testing of this theory is groundbreaking, the theory itself has been known for a long time. William Masters and Virginia Johnson (the couple made famous by the famous book on sex Human Sexual Response) proposed the theory, but it was poorly received (particularly because the debate over whether or not the G-spot existed continued).

Should these two erogenous zones be treated differently?

So, is it time to stop referring to the G-spot and other similar spots as the AFE and just call them ‘front of the clitoris’ and ‘back of the clitoris’? The honest answer is that while they may be different parts of the same erogenous zone, they stimulate each other differently and give very different sensations. Therefore, we must continue to refer to them as separate zones and use the scientific definition to discover more about the wonders of the female sexual anatomy.
