Make your open pores disappear

It’s not just teenagers who suffer from oily skin and open pores. Men and women around the world of all ages are affected by excess sebum production in the skin, which causes this condition. The main reason people have this type of skin is genetics, which is why the problem is inherited from family members. Even movie stars suffer, and if you look closely at photos that haven’t been edited, you’ll see that their skin is far from perfect.

So what can be done? Are the sick condemned to hide because they feel self-conscious about their appearance? Not at all! The first thing to remember is that when you examine your skin in the mirror, it is probably only 6 inches away and therefore any impurities seem to stick out. You rarely get that close to other people, so take comfort in thinking that they may not even notice the flaws that concern you. There are many products available for treating oily skin, including cleansers, toners, pore minimizers, skin refining serums, clay masks, and concealers.

When choosing a skin care product, look for one with ingredients that help control oil and exfoliate the skin, which will prevent pores from clogging:

Tea tree oil It has been used by Aborigines for centuries as a powerful antiseptic and antifungal treatment, and is produced from the leaves of the Australian tree Melaleuca Alternifolia.

Salicylic acid It is a beta hydroxy acid obtained from the bark of the willow (Salix). It exfoliates the skin and is often used in the treatment of acne.

Glycolic Acid is an exfoliating skin treatment often used in chemical peels. It can penetrate the skin and help reduce lines and wrinkles, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation.

To control oily skin, you should cleanse at least twice a day. First, remove makeup and oil with a cleanser, then apply a toning solution on a cotton pad and cleanse your face. Follow with a pore minimizing serum followed by your daily moisturizer. You can then apply a concealer specifically designed for open pores. These work almost like a very fine filler to smooth skin and instantly hide open pores. They can be tinted and can be used as a light base, or alternatively you can apply your usual makeup on top of this.

Drinking alcohol and eating spicy foods can overstimulate the skin and produce even more oil. Eat a healthy diet, drink alcohol in moderation, and breathe fresh air to promote healthy skin.
