List of foods that form pus and mucus

The word “Booger” it’s from latin Booger which means “slime, mold, mucus, etc.” Mucus refers to a thick, slimy, and slippery discharge that is made up of dead cells, mucin, inorganic salts, water, and exfoliated cells. It also refers to the slimy, sticky and slimy substance that mucus-forming food leaves in the body after ingestion. The word “pus” It is from the end of 14c. Latin “pus” (related to puter [putrid] “rotten”), from Proto-Indo-European * pu- compared to Sanskrit. puyati “burps, stinks”, putih “stinks, disgusting”. Pus often refers to a thick white, yellowish, or greenish opaque fluid produced in infected tissue, consisting of dead white blood cells, bacteria, tissue debris, and serum. It also refers to the substance to which dead animal meat is chemically changed after being consumed or while it is rotting in the digestive tract. Ingesting meat and dairy products creates pus residues in the body, while fatty and starchy foods form mucus.

The word “no mucus”, or without mucus, refers to foods that do not form mucus. These foods are digested without leaving behind a thick, slimy, slimy substance called mucus. These foods include all types of non-fat and non-starchy fruits and vegetables.

All foods that form pus / mucus are acidic. The word “acid” is from the early seventeenth century which means “of the taste of vinegar”, from the French Acid (16c.) Or directly from the Latin acid “bitter, sharp”, adjective from the state of steel “to be bitter”, from the stem PIE * ak- “sharp, pointed” (see acrid). flavor, the ability to turn litmus red to blue, and the ability to react with bases and certain metals to form salts. From the perspective of the absence of mucus, pus and mucus-forming foods are understood to be “acid-forming” within the human body. These foods create an acidic internal environment that is detrimental to well-being.

What are they Deceptive mucus formers?

Here is a list of foods that many people don’t realize create mucus:

  • Rice (great for creating book binding glue, bad for transitioning to a mucus-free diet)
  • Avocados (a fatty element that can be used in the transition, but is highly addictive. Although technically a fruit, if used it is best combined with a combination of salad or vegetables without mucus to aid elimination. However, it is recommended stay away from them if you are not already glued to them).
  • Nuts (Formers of mucus, but can be used in transition. Best eaten with dried fruits like raisins to help with elimination).
  • Bananas (starchy)
  • Tofu (slimy and mucus-forming).
  • Unripe fruits like green bananas (the more ripe the fruit, the better).
  • Corn (Does not eliminate well. When cooked corn or corn chips are eaten, it becomes mushy and slimy in the intestines).
  • Corn chips (Some people use them in transition, but they are very addictive and don’t remove well)
  • Beans (they are starchy and mucus-forming. But they can be used sparingly in the transition near green leafy salads)
  • Starchy vegetables (Some vegetables are starchy and form mucus in raw or cooked form, such as white potatoes. But many other vegetables, such as sweet potatoes, have almost no mucus (no starch) after proper cooking.

The transition diet

It is very important that people learn to move from the foods that produce the most harmful mucus to those that leave the least amount of waste. For more information on this transition process, see Arnold Ehret’s Mucusless Diet Healing System: Annotated, revised and edited by Prof. Spira.
